Entegra Anthem 2018

• Recall 194985 [USA]: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
  Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2018-2022 anthem, aspire, insignia, and reatta xl class a vehicles. The sealing washer may not seat correctly in the pilot bore holes, allowing the high pressure fuel rail assembly to leak.
  entegra will work with spartan and cummins to inspect the rail threads and fuel lines, and replace the rail as necessary, free of charge. Cummins began to notify owners july 30, 2021. Entegra owner notification letters began september 3, 2021. Owners may contact entegra coach customer service at 1-800-517-9137.

• Recall 127276 [USA]: An overloaded vehicle has an increased risk of a crash.
  Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2018-2019 entegra odyssey, qwest, aspire, insignia, anthem, and cornerstone motorhomes. The cargo carrying capacity (ccc) label incorrectly overstates the cargo capacity, potentially causing the vehicle to be overloaded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 120, "wheels and rims - other than passenger cars."

• Recall 139178 [USA]: Without the required reflectors, the motorhome may be less visible to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
  Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2016-2018 aspire, anthem, cornerstone, and insignia motorhomes. The vehicles have lights that do not include reflectors and the vehicle does not have separate reflectors. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment."

• Recall 123427 [USA]: A separated ball joint can cause a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.
  Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2012-2013 and 2015-2018 anthem; 2013 and 2017-2018 aspire; and 2012-2018 cornerstone motorhomes built on a spartan motors chassis. The ball joints on the independent front suspension (ifs) modules can loosen and separate, leading to a partial loss of steering.
  entegra will notify owners, and spartan service centers will remove, clean, apply thread locker, and reinstall the properly torqued ball joint, free of charge. The recall began on april 25, 2017. • Recall 2021472 [Canada]: Fuel supply
  Issue: on certain motorhomes, the fuel rail assembly could develop a leak. Note: this recall only affects motorhomes equipped with a cummins l9 or isx12 diesel engine. Safety risk: a fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective actions: cummins will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a cummins authorized service center to inspect the fuel rail. If damage is found, the fuel rail and fuel lines will be replaced. If no damage is found, the fuel rail will be reassembled with new crush washers using a special tool.

Vehicle was stationary. After starting once to fill air pressure, turned off and 1/2 hour later turned key to on and the check engine light stayed on. Three error codes all relating to def were displayed. Spartan sent out a new def head and it was replaced. The next week after about 800 miles of driving and several stops and starts one of those three codes is now displaying. Waiting for cummins to diagnose the current issue. The def issue can lead to derating at any time, which i have not had explained to me quantitatively. This poses a considerable safety hazard if running at 65 mph on a crowded interstate and the coach slows down to 5 mph.

Def fluid sensor failure codes displayed and warnings of impending engine delayed or shutdown. Cold not continue driving. My safety concern is my vehicle can be stranded on a roadside which my not be possible for a 45 foot motorhome. Many rv’s are having this issue and the manufacture of this unit shaw industry can not supply any parts. Leaving many stranded!
