o Carpet must be dried before exposing to freezing temperatures.
o Allowing carpet to freeze will damage carpet fibers and backing


Process for Cleaning:
1. Vacuum the area using a vacuum with a beater bar to remove loose debris. Inspect the carpet for
areas that need more attention.
2. Apply a certified pre cleaner spray to the carpet.
3. Agitate the pre-cleaner spray and carpet using a vacuum with beater bar.
4. Allow the pre-cleaner spray to remain in the carpet for approximately 10 minutes. Do not let it dry.
5. Use a hot water extraction cleaning appliance with agitator wand to inject hot water only, (no
soaps) and vacuum the pre spray and soil.
6. Allow carpet to dry, AC system set at 68 degrees to 70 degrees air movers will help, don’t walk on
carpet for 4-12 hours.
7. Vacuum carpet to eliminate any nap lines created by the cleaning if necessary.
