• Recall 234135 [USA]: The undersized air brake supply reservoir may provide an insufficient air supply to properly operate the brakes during repetitive braking, reducing braking performance and increasing the risk of a crash.
  Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2015-2019 aspire and insignia motorhomes. The service and supply reservoirs have an insufficient volume of air for the brake system. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard number 121, "air brake systems."
  dealers will replace the air reservoir, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed december 21, 2022. Owners may contact entegra customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

• Recall 127745 [USA]: The undersized air brake supply reservoir may provide an insufficient air supply to properly operate the brakes during repetitive brake applications, reducing braking performance and increasing the risk of a crash.
  Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2015-2016 aspire and 2017-2018 insignia motorhomes built on a spartan chassis. The air brake supply reservoir is less than 12x the combined volume of air for all service brake chambers. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 121, "air brake systems."
  entegra will notify owners, and spartan service centers will replace the current air supply reservoir with one that has twice the capacity, free of charge. The recall began on february 16, 2018. Owners may contact spartan chassis at 1-800-543-4277 or entegra customer service at 1-800-517-9137.

• Recall 139177 [USA]: Without the required reflectors, the motorhome may be less visible to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.
  Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2016-2018 aspire, anthem, cornerstone, and insignia motorhomes. The vehicles have lights that do not include reflectors and the vehicle does not have separate reflectors. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 108, "lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment."

• Recall 120535 [USA]: Unintended deceleration or acceleration can increase the risk of a crash.
  Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain model year 2017 aspire, anthem, cornerstone, and insignia motorhomes manufactured april 15, 2016, to october 25, 2016 and built on spartan motors chassis. The throttle circuit wires on the affected vehicles may not have been be twisted to cancel out electromagnetic interference, and as a result, interference may cause the throttle signal to be higher or lower than intended.
  entegra has notified owners, and spartan service centers will install an overlay harness with twisted wires, free of charge. The recall began on november 29, 2016. Owners may contact spartan customer service at 1-800-543-4277 or entegra customer service at 1-800-945-4787.

  Certain vehicles may not comply with the requirements of canada motor vehicle safety standard 121 - air brake systems. The combined volume of air in all service and supply reservoirs does not meet requirements of the standard. This may provide an insufficient air supply to properly operate the brakes during repetitive brake applications, reducing braking performance, increasing the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: dealers will replace the 500 cubic inches supply reservoir (wet tank) with a 1000 cubic inches supply reservoir.

• Recall 2016585 [Canada]: Powertrain
  On certain motorhomes, wires in the throttle circuit were not shielded properly during manufacturing. This could result in a throttle setting above or below the commanded throttle setting/input. An incorrect setting for the throttle input could result in a loss of throttle or inadvertent acceleration of the throttle which, depending on the driver's reactions and traffic conditions, could increase the risk of a crash and/or property damage. Correction: an authorized spartan service center will supply and install an overlay harness with the wires shielded to the proper specification.

While doing a post-trip inspection and cleaning we have discovered a broken cord in our goodyear right front steering tire (g670 rv - 295/80r22.5). There is only 10,350 miles on our tires and they are about 2 years old. We are thankful to have discovered the broken cord prior to experiencing a blow out as many others have had with goodyear steering tires. *tt *tr

We had a front tire separation(sidewall separation). Was detected before a blowout.
