Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2015-2019 aspire and insignia motorhomes. The service and supply reservoirs have an insufficient volume of air for the brake system. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard number 121, "air brake systems." dealers will replace the air reservoir, free of charge. Recall 194991 [USA]: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2018-2022 anthem, aspire, insignia, and reatta xl class a vehicles. The sealing washer may not seat correctly in the pilot bore holes, allowing the high pressure fuel rail assembly to leak. entegra will work with spartan and cummins to inspect the rail threads and fuel lines, and replace the rail as necessary, free of charge. Cummins began to notify owners july 30, 2021. Entegra owner notification letters began september 3, 2021. Recall 195944 [USA]: Adhesive failure may cause the vent portion of the window to detach, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2019-2021 anthem, aspire, cornerstone, insignia, reatta, and embark recreational vehicles equipped with hehr 6400 series windows. The adhesive that bonds the vented portion of the window may fail. dealers will inspect the windows, and replace the vent if necessary, free of charge. Recall 151429 [USA]: A loose steering column shaft may cause a loss of steering control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2019-2020 insignia, anthem, aspire, cornerstone, reatta, and reatta xl motorhomes. The upper and lower steering shaft bolts may have been insufficiently tightened, allowing the steering column shaft to come loose. entegra will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and tighten the upper and lower steering shaft bolts, as necessary, free of charge. The park brake systems may not prevent the vehicles from moving unintentionally if parked on a grade. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 121, "air brake systems." spartan will notify owners, and spartan service centers will replace the rear brake chambers, free of charge. Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2018-2019 entegra odyssey, qwest, aspire, insignia, anthem, and cornerstone motorhomes. The cargo carrying capacity (ccc) label incorrectly overstates the cargo capacity, potentially causing the vehicle to be overloaded. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 120, "wheels and rims - other than passenger cars." entegra will notify owners, and will provided a corrected ccc label, free of charge. Recall 2021472 [Canada]: Fuel supply
Issue: on certain motorhomes, the fuel rail assembly could develop a leak. Note: this recall only affects motorhomes equipped with a cummins l9 or isx12 diesel engine. Safety risk: a fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective actions: cummins will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a cummins authorized service center to inspect the fuel rail. If damage is found, the fuel rail and fuel lines will be replaced. If no damage is found, the fuel rail will be reassembled with new crush washers using a special tool.
Recall 2021440 [Canada]: Structure
Issue: on certain motorhomes equipped with frameless windows, the adhesive that attaches the vented portion of the windows may fail. If this happens, the glass could separate and fall from the motorhome. Safety risk: a window that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective action: jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your motorhome to an authorized dealer or service center to inspect and replace the vent window glass, as required.
Recall 2019447 [Canada]: Steering
Issue: on certain motorhomes, the bolts on the steering column shaft may not have been properly tightened. If a bolt comes loose, there could be a complete loss of steering control. Safety risk: a loss of steering could create the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: the company will contact owners and advise them to inspect the bolts on the steering column shaft. The motorhome should not be driven until this inspection is performed. The company will provide further directions for the inspection and for how to correct the problem.
Recall 2018554 [Canada]: Brakes
Certain motorhomes built on a spartan chassis may fail to comply with the requirements of canada motor vehicle safety standard (cmvss) 121 - air brake systems. The parking brake may not hold the vehicle in place when parked on a grade. If this occurs, the motorhome could roll away, which would increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: spartan service centers will replace the rear brake chambers.
