• Recall 257615 [USA]: A loose or detached seat assembly increases the risk of injury.
  Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2020-2023 entegra anthem, aspire, cornerstone, and reatta xl motorhomes. The pedestal mounting plate on the passenger's seat may be improperly welded, causing the plate to separate and the seat assembly to loosen or detach. As such, these seat assemblies fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 207, "seating systems" and number 210, "seat belt assembly anchorages."

The certification labels may be missing the rear gross axle weight rating (gawr). As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 cfr part 567, "certification."

  Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2023 entegra anthem, aspire, cornerstone, reatta, reatta xl, and jayco embark motorhomes. The engine air intake box may not have a water drain installed, which can cause water to build up inside the air intake box.

• Recall 206631 [USA]: Loose or broken suspension fasteners can allow the rear-drive axle to shift out of place, increasing the risk of a crash.
  Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2020-2022 anthem, embark, reatta, and reatta xl motorhomes. The rear suspension mounting fasteners that attach the rear-drive axle to the rear suspension may not have been tightened properly, which could allow the fasteners to loosen or break.
  jayco will work with shyft to notify owners, and dealers will inspect the rear suspension fasteners for damage, and replace and tighten them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed january 14, 2022. Owners may contact jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

  Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2021-2022 anthem, aspire, and reatta xl class a vehicles equipped with cummins l9 diesel engines that have remote stage 2 fuel filters and pressurized hoses. A fuel leak may occur in the fuel hoses between the fuel pump and the remote fuel filter head.

• Recall 195023 [USA]: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
  Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2018-2022 anthem, aspire, insignia, and reatta xl class a vehicles. The sealing washer may not seat correctly in the pilot bore holes, allowing the high pressure fuel rail assembly to leak.
  entegra will work with spartan and cummins to inspect the rail threads and fuel lines, and replace the rail as necessary, free of charge. Cummins began to notify owners july 30, 2021. • Recall 2021704 [Canada]: Suspension
  Issue: on certain motorhomes, the bolts that attach the rear axle to the suspension may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the bolts could loosen and allow the rear axle to shift. Safety risk: a rear axle that is not properly attached could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to an authorized shyft group inc. Repair facility to inspect and tighten the rear suspension fasteners. Any damaged fasteners will be replaced.

• Recall 2021597 [Canada]: Fuel supply
  Issue: on a small number of motorhomes, the hoses between the fuel pump and remote fuel filter may be defective and could leak. Note: this recall only affects motorhomes equipped with a cummins 2021 model year l9 diesel engine. Safety risk: a fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective actions: cummins will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a cummins authorized service center to replace the fuel hoses.
