Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2020-2023 entegra anthem, aspire, cornerstone, and reatta xl motorhomes. The pedestal mounting plate on the passenger's seat may be improperly welded, causing the plate to separate and the seat assembly to loosen or detach. As such, these seat assemblies fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 207, "seating systems" and number 210, "seat belt assembly anchorages." dealers will inspect for a missing weld and replace the pedestal as necessary, free of charge. Recall 206623 [USA]: Loose or broken suspension fasteners can allow the rear-drive axle to shift out of place, increasing the risk of a crash.
Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2020-2022 anthem, embark, reatta, and reatta xl motorhomes. The rear suspension mounting fasteners that attach the rear-drive axle to the rear suspension may not have been tightened properly, which could allow the fasteners to loosen or break. jayco will work with shyft to notify owners, and dealers will inspect the rear suspension fasteners for damage, and replace and tighten them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed january 14, 2022. Recall 195009 [USA]: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2018-2022 anthem, aspire, insignia, and reatta xl class a vehicles. The sealing washer may not seat correctly in the pilot bore holes, allowing the high pressure fuel rail assembly to leak. entegra will work with spartan and cummins to inspect the rail threads and fuel lines, and replace the rail as necessary, free of charge. Cummins began to notify owners july 30, 2021. Entegra owner notification letters began september 3, 2021. Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2019-2020 entegra reatta and jayco embark and 2020 entegra reattaxl motorhomes. The electronic control center circuit board may be damaged from voltages over 17 volts, causing the components on the board to become damaged. jayco will notify owners, and dealers will install an additional circuit module to the existing component board to provide over-current protection, free of charge. The upper and lower steering shaft bolts may have been insufficiently tightened, allowing the steering column shaft to come loose. entegra will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and tighten the upper and lower steering shaft bolts, as necessary, free of charge. While the motorhome was being delivered, the tow hitch may have been damaged, compromising the motorhome's ability to safely tow vehicles. entegra has notified owners, and dealers will replace the hitch, free of charge. Issue: on certain motorhomes, the bolts that attach the rear axle to the suspension may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the bolts could loosen and allow the rear axle to shift. Safety risk: a rear axle that is not properly attached could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to an authorized shyft group inc. Repair facility to inspect and tighten the rear suspension fasteners. Any damaged fasteners will be replaced.
Recall 2021440 [Canada]: Structure
Issue: on certain motorhomes equipped with frameless windows, the adhesive that attaches the vented portion of the windows may fail. If this happens, the glass could separate and fall from the motorhome. Safety risk: a window that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective action: jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your motorhome to an authorized dealer or service center to inspect and replace the vent window glass, as required.

Issue: on certain motorhomes, the electronic control center does not have proper circuit protection. As a result, its circuit board could be damaged by high voltage. If this happens, the circuit board may overheat. Safety risk: an overheated circuit board could create the risk of fire. Corrective actions: jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to add additional over-current protection to the electronic control center.
Recall 2019447 [Canada]: Steering
Issue: on certain motorhomes, the bolts on the steering column shaft may not have been properly tightened. If a bolt comes loose, there could be a complete loss of steering control. Safety risk: a loss of steering could create the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: the company will contact owners and advise them to inspect the bolts on the steering column shaft. The motorhome should not be driven until this inspection is performed. The company will provide further directions for the inspection and for how to correct the problem.

Issue: on certain motorhomes, the fuel rail assembly could develop a leak. Note: this recall only affects motorhomes equipped with a cummins l9 or isx12 diesel engine. Safety risk: a fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective actions: cummins will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a cummins authorized service center to inspect the fuel rail. If damage is found, the fuel rail and fuel lines will be replaced. If no damage is found, the fuel rail will be reassembled with new crush washers using a special tool.
