Recall 257609 [USA]: A loose or detached seat assembly increases the risk of injury.
Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2020-2023 entegra anthem, aspire, cornerstone, and reatta xl motorhomes. The pedestal mounting plate on the passenger's seat may be improperly welded, causing the plate to separate and the seat assembly to loosen or detach. As such, these seat assemblies fail to comply with the requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard (fmvss) number 207, "seating systems" and number 210, "seat belt assembly anchorages." dealers will inspect for a missing weld and replace the pedestal as necessary, free of charge. The engine air intake box may not have a water drain installed, which can cause water to build up inside the air intake box. dealers will inspect and install a drain if necessary, free of charge. Recall 206624 [USA]: Loose or broken suspension fasteners can allow the rear-drive axle to shift out of place, increasing the risk of a crash.

The rear suspension mounting fasteners that attach the rear-drive axle to the rear suspension may not have been tightened properly, which could allow the fasteners to loosen or break. jayco will work with shyft to notify owners, and dealers will inspect the rear suspension fasteners for damage, and replace and tighten them as necessary, free of charge. Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2021-2022 anthem, aspire, and reatta xl class a vehicles equipped with cummins l9 diesel engines that have remote stage 2 fuel filters and pressurized hoses. A fuel leak may occur in the fuel hoses between the fuel pump and the remote fuel filter head. entegra will work with cummins to replace the fuel hoses, free of charge. Recall 195013 [USA]: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Entegra coach (entegra) is recalling certain 2018-2022 anthem, aspire, insignia, and reatta xl class a vehicles. The sealing washer may not seat correctly in the pilot bore holes, allowing the high pressure fuel rail assembly to leak. entegra will work with spartan and cummins to inspect the rail threads and fuel lines, and replace the rail as necessary, free of charge. Cummins began to notify owners july 30, 2021. Entegra owner notification letters began september 3, 2021. Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2021 entegra aspire, anthem, cornerstone, and reattaxl motorhomes built with villa power seats. The power seat wiring may become chafed due to poor routing, and no protection, or melt from exceeding the 14 gauge wire amp capacity. jayco will notify owners, and the dealers will inspect the seat wiring for loom protection and secure it with wire ties, free of charge. Issue: on certain motorhomes, the bolts that attach the rear axle to the suspension may not have been properly tightened. As a result, the bolts could loosen and allow the rear axle to shift. Safety risk: a rear axle that is not properly attached could cause a loss of control and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to an authorized shyft group inc. Repair facility to inspect and tighten the rear suspension fasteners. Any damaged fasteners will be replaced.

Issue: on certain motorhomes, the instrument cluster may overheat and go blank for short periods of time while driving. If this happens, you may not see important information such as the vehicle's speed, gauges and warning lights. Safety risk: an instrument cluster that goes blank and does not display information about vehicle systems could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer to update the instrument cluster control module. The dealer will also move the air ducts for the defrosting and defogging system as far away from the control module as possible.

Issue: on certain motorhomes equipped with frameless windows, the adhesive that attaches the vented portion of the windows may fail. If this happens, the glass could separate and fall from the motorhome. Safety risk: a window that detaches from the motorhome could create a road hazard for others and increase the risk of a crash. Corrective action: jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your motorhome to an authorized dealer or service center to inspect and replace the vent window glass, as required.

Issue: on certain motorhomes equipped with driver and passenger villa 6-way power seats, the wiring for the seat rocker switch may not be the correct size and may not be routed correctly. As a result, the switch wires could be damaged on the seat frame. This could cause a short circuit. Additionally, if the seat rocker switch gets stuck in the on (open) position, the wires could overheat and melt. Safety risk: a short circuit or overheated wiring could create the risk of fire. Corrective actions: jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a dealer for an interim repair. The dealer will install a protective loom and cable ties to secure the wiring harness until the final repairs are available. You should make sure that the seat rocker switch is not stuck in the on position after using it, to prevent the wires from overheating.

Issue: on certain motorhomes, the fuel rail assembly could develop a leak. Note: this recall only affects motorhomes equipped with a cummins l9 or isx12 diesel engine. Safety risk: a fuel leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective actions: cummins will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your motorhome to a cummins authorized service center to inspect the fuel rail. If damage is found, the fuel rail and fuel lines will be replaced. If no damage is found, the fuel rail will be reassembled with new crush washers using a special tool.
