Vehicle was involved in an accident on 01/20/2018 and srs did not activate. Airbags did not deploy and seat belt pre-tensionors did not activate. Damage appears to be significant enough to warrant activation of srs. The cruiser cam video shows a frontal impact at about 35 mph. We request nhtsa to investigate this accident.
