Note: this recall replaces fl-856 (transport canada recall 2020-337). Motorhomes that were repaired under that recall also require this repair. Safety risk: brake lights or turn signals that do not work could cause a following driver not to recognize that a vehicle ahead is braking or intends to turn. This could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: rev group will notify owners by mail. The corrective actions for this recall are under development.
Recall 2022057 [Canada]: Wheels

Issue: on a certain motorhome, the brake pedal may not be equipped with a return spring. As a result, the pedal may not fully return when it is released. If this happens, the brake lights may stay on. If a trailer is connected to the motorhome, this could also cause the trailer brakes to remain on. Safety risk: brake lights that stay on could cause other road users not to recognize when the vehicle is braking. This could increase the risk of a crash. Trailers brakes that do not release could also increase the risk of a crash. Corrective actions: rev group will notify the owner by mail and instruct them to take their motorhome to a daimler trucks north america (dtna) authorized service facility to inspect the adjustable brake pedal assembly and install the missing return spring, if necessary.
