We were traveling southbound on highway il45 in southern illinois when our driver's side rear tire on our fifth wheel camper blew out. It caused not only a blown tire, but also caused the stabilizer bars to break. When speaking to several very knowledgeable 5th wheel owners and tire service dealers, we have learned that the tires put on our camper had barely met u.S. Load/weight standards. There have been numerous complaints about the "power king" brand (cheap, made in china), that were put on our camper. The jayco eagle is a very heavy camper, thus needing heavy duty tires, not the light-weight tires that were came with the camper. If we had been going any faster, in a construction zone, or a high-traffic area, a blowout could have been disastrous! We would like jayco to do right by their customers and replace these defective tires!

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 eagle boat trailer. The contact stated that there were multiple brake failures. The brake fluid leaked from the trailer. The trailer was taken to a mechanic, who stated the compressor washers in the brake calibers were replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacture was alerted of the failure and already had replaced the boat trailer however, again replacement boat trailer forces the trailer to be out of level 5 inches causing water to accumulate and add excessive weight to the trailer. The contact alerted the manufacture about the failure however had yet to provide a solution for the failure. The contact felt the reasonable amount of time for repair had surpassed being that the contact had already waited 7 months for a remedy the manufacture had failed to provide. The failure mileage was unavailable.
