Tl* the contact owns a 2009 jayco grey hawk motor home. The contact stated that the rear bumper fractured from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to a mechanic who inspected the bumper and noticed that the bracket welding that held the bumper broke was loose. The mechanic repaired the bumper and advised the contact that the bumper was not strong enough to hold the weight of the spare tire. The dealer was notified but offered no assistance. The manufacturer was not notified. The vin was unavailable. The failure mileage was 3,400.
