• Recall 234299 [USA]: A wiring harness that overheats increases the risk of a fire.
  Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2020-2021 entegra launch, qwest, jayco melbourne, and melbourne prestige motorhomes. The heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (hvac) blower motor circuit may be inadequate, which can allow the wiring harness to overheat.
  owners are advised to only operate the hvac front blower in manual (not automatic) mode whenever the engine is on. Do not use the maximum blower or lowest/highest temperature settings until the remedy is performed. Dealers will relocate and replace the fuse and wiring harness, free of charge. • Recall 246429 [USA]: An incorrectly assembled torsion bar may fail at the connection between the torsion bar and linkage, resulting in a loss of vehicle stability, and increasing the risk of a crash.
  Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2022 entegra qwest, jayco melbourne, and melbourne prestige motorhomes. The shim on the torsion bar was incorrectly installed between the nut and the torsion bar, rather than between the ball stud and the torsion bar.

  Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2020-2021 jayco melbourne, melbourne prestige and entegra qwest motorhomes built on sprinter chassis and equipped with swivel seats. The wiring harnesses for the front seats may have been routed incorrectly and could become jammed and damaged in the swivel seat frames.

The operator's manual may not contain the correct information about how the automatic parking function ("auto-p") operates.
  jayco will notify owners, and mercedes-benz or freightliner sprinter dealers will provide the correct description of the auto-p function for the operator's manual, free of charge. • Recall 2020367 [Canada]: Airbag
  Issue: on certain motorhomes equipped with front swivel-seats, the wiring harness under the seat may not be properly secured. As a result, the wiring harness could be damaged when the seat is moved. If this happens, the side airbag may not work properly in a crash. It could also cause the side airbag to deploy suddenly without a crash. Note: if the wiring to the side airbag is damaged, the srs light will stay on in the instrument cluster. Safety risk: an airbag that does not work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective actions: mercedes-benz will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the routing of the seat wiring harness. The dealer will add clips or cable ties to properly secure the wiring harness to the seat, if necessary.

• Recall 2020250 [Canada]: Label
  Issue: certain vehicles were delivered with an operator’s manual that has incorrect information about the automatic parking function (auto-p). Specifically, the transmission does not automatically shift to park when the driver unbuckles their seat belt or leaves their seat while the vehicle is stationary or moving at very low speed. If the driver relies on the auto-p feature in these situations, the vehicle could keep moving or roll away. Safety risk: sudden and unexpected movement of the vehicle could create a risk of injury or a crash. Corrective actions: mercedes-benz will provide owners with a booklet that properly describes the auto-p function.
