INSTRUCTIONS FOR BUNK TRACK BACKER REPAIR
1. With the bed in the “UP” position, remove the panhead screws
(yellow ovals) from the lower portion of the guide track and
discard. (Fig. 1)

2. Lower the bed and remove the remaining panhead screws from
the upper portion of the guide track and discard.

3. Loosen the jamb nut (located between the bed rail
and slide track) with a ½” wrench to allow the guide
track to have additional room. (Fig. 2)

4. Slide support plate between the guide track and wall
– flush on rear side with excess towards front. (Fig. 3)
5. Secure the guide track to the support plate with #10 x
.75 inch self-tapping panhead screws. (Fig. 4)
6. Secure the support plate to the wall tube with a #10 x
.75 self-tapping panhead screws. (Fig. 4)
7. Re-tighten the jamb nut.

8. Repeat for the other side of guide track on bunk support.
