  • Recall 230198 [USA]: Increased propane pressure can enlarge the flames in gas appliances, increasing the risk of a fire.
    Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2017-2018 jayco designer, 2017-2021 eagle ht, eagle, jay feather, jay flight slx, jay flight, north point, octane superlite, pinnacle, white hawk, 2017-2020 eagle ht, 2018-2021 jay flight bungalow, 2017-2019 octane, and 2019-2020 eagle htx travel trailers and fifth wheels equipped with a winntec model 6020 two-stage propane regulator. The regulator may fail, causing an increase in propane pressure.
    dealers will replace the regulator and test the propane system for leaks, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed august 3, 2021. Owners may contact jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

  • Recall 129199 [USA]: An unsecured propane tank could detach from the trailer and increase the risk of a crash or leak propane and increase the risk of a fire.
    Jayco, inc. (jayco) is recalling certain 2018-2019 eagle, eagle ht, northpoint, pinnacle, talon and seismic fifth-wheel recreational trailers. The strap that secures the liquid propane (lp) gas bottle may separate from its buckle and no longer secure the propane tank.
    jayco will notify owners, and dealers will replace the propane tank securing strap with a new strap that has the correct crimping, free of charge. The recall began on july 27, 2018. Owners may contact jayco customer service at 1-800-517-9137. Jayco's number for this recall is 9901385.

  • Recall 2021367 [Canada]: Accessories
    Issue: on certain rv trailers, the propane (lp) regulator could fail. If this happens, high-pressure propane could reach the appliances. Note: this recall only affects trailers equipped with a winntec model 6020 propane regulator. Safety risk: unregulated propane pressure can create the risk of an appliance fire. Corrective action: jayco will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your trailer to a dealer to replace the propane (lp) regulator.

  • Recall 2018351 [Canada]: Fuel supply
    On certain travel trailers, the steel strap installed to secure to propane tank may have been manufactured incorrectly. This could allow the propane tank to become unsecured and come out of its compartment, which could result in a fire or explosion causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: dealers will replace the defective steel straps.

  • 19-025 - LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES: Baggage doors may leaking due to incorrect o-ring installed in handle

Tires are hitting underside of unit. Manufacturer will upgrade from 7 000 lb springs to 8,000 lb springs but refuses to upgrade axles from 7,000 to 8,000 lb. *dt *dt carfax cannot process this request. *jb *bf *jb
