We have received 3 recall notices pertaining to the shower enclosure in our motorhome. We have attempted to have the repair made by 2 different local dealers & have been unsuccessful. We contacted the customer service dept. At jayco & received no help. This is a safety recall (#16v-568) that doesn't seem important enough to our local jayco dealerships to address. We also sent a detailed letter to jayco's regulatory compliance division, and received no response. Yesterday we received atechnical service bulletin notification tsb #19-022 pertaining to the leveling jacks. We are reluctant to contact the local dealers regarding this needed repair because of our past experiences with them. We would appreciate your assistance in getting these matters addressed. Thank you
