The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was confirmed that the part was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The vehicle was diagnosed with needing the leaf spring replaced. The rv was repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 500.
