Issue
The Touch Screen is inoperative with a Pop-up message ‘Input the PIN Code”. It will
also not be possible to open the luggage/tailgate and the Glove box.
Cause
Mismatch of Master PIN Code Entered.
Actions
This cannot be rectified by any actions via SDD, do not carryout a software update to
the Infotainment Control Module(IMC)
If you have this issue on a vehicle you are requested to contact Dealer Technical
Support(DTS) by raising a Technical Assist(TA)
