Issue
Customer may experience more than one of the following issue in the operation of their
CD
• CD won’t eject
• Incorrect order of ripped CD tracks
• Intermittent ripping issues,
• Track skipping
• No Disk shown while attempting to eject
• Can’t read CD

Action
This issue is under investigation. Please do not replace or swap any parts as the issue
won’t be resolve.
This cannot be fixed by downloading the latest software, covered in Technical Bulletin
JTB00496.
Please ensure you submit an EPQR explaining in detail the customer complaint
specific to this SSM.
