Issue: SD card fails to initialise
Cause: This issue may be caused by the SD micro switch being in the wrong position (i.e. Locked) when the SD card is in locked
position the head unit may not detect the card.
Action: To check the SD switch position is always in the unlock position as per attachments,
If the SD card is found with the switch in the wrong position correct the switch position and reinsert into SD card slot and carry out the
following process.
1. Switch off the car allow car to go to sleep (3-4 minutes) or after inserting the card a pop-up will appear on the screen, on the pop-up
select “Retry” the system will reset and initialise and then continue from step 3
2. Power on the car wait for home screen to appear
3. Select navigation from hard –key
4. Accept navigation caution and wait for navigation to initialise
5. Check current car position is correct on the map. (Vehicle may need to be outside to perform this)
