Replacement, Refrigerant Circuit Flushing Requirement
When replacing the Air Conditioning compressor it is necessary to flush the entire system to remove all the
PAG oil. Replacement AC compressors come with a full charge of oil. Any time another compressor is
installed with a different vendor (Sanden to Denso) it is necessary to replace all the oil in the system to the
new vendor type PAG oil.
Note:
AC Compressors come with a full oil charge, after flushing the refrigerant circuit no oil needs to be
added during recharging. Always verify the oil amount in the new AC compressor.
