MODEL YEAR(S) AND VEHICLES INVOLVED Model VIN H3 Series Vehicles using TGW 2.0 with 3G network Model Year : 2015 to 2018 From 2PCH33492FC712922 up to 2PCH3349XJC713941. X3 Series Vehicles using TGW 2.0 with 3G network Model Year : 2015 to 2018 From 2PCCS3499FC735871 up to 2PCCS349XJC736231. Volvo 9700 Vehicles using TGW 2.0 with 3G network Model Year : 2015 to 2018 From 3CET2V227F5170550 up to 3CET2V922J5186069. MATERIAL NEEDED Order the following parts: Part No. Description Qty 22861158 TGW2.1 (4G) WIFI ECU 1 22990242 4G SIM Card 1 Equipment required: Description Laptop with PTT (Premium TechTool, latest version installed) & related cables. Qty 1 NOTE Material can be obtained through regular channels. Prior to working on the vehicle, set the ignition switch to the ON position PART 1: ACCESSORY KIT 1. In Premium TechTool, select PROGRAM tab. In PROGRAM tab, select operation 1700-22-03-06 Accessory Kit then clicks START. 2. Enter Accessory kit number 23266301 Click on PROGRAM button below and then follow the instructions. In PROGRAM tab, select operation 1700-22-03-12 Replace Hardware then clicks START. Once the parameters have been read, the following screen will appear. Follow the steps outlined to replace the old TGW ECU. Proceed to the new SIM card calibration following the instructions below. → SIM card is installed in new ECU. → No DTCs are set for the Telematics System ECU → Turn the ignition key from OFF to ON to reset control unit. → Leave ignition key in ON position for 45 seconds or more.
