This is a normal condition. ALBUM ART / ARTIST BIOGRAPHIES Album art and artist biographies are not provided by SiriusXM Satellite Radio, a blank white square frame is shown in place of the album art. Service Alert No.: SA-005/18 Last Issued: 02/08/2018 STATION LOGO SIRIUSXM satellite radio hardware is in the Tuner and Amp Unit (TAU). The station logo is not shown in the center display because there is no visual data communication cable between the TAU and the Connectivity Master Unit (CMU). A blank white square frame is shown in place of the station logo. Do NOT perform any repairs for these concerns.
