Description of Revisions: This bulletin replaces the version dated
January 2015. Both the upper and lower ends of the braces are
now attached using 5/16-inch flatwashers.
General Information
The single diagonal rear brace on a Cascadia day cab FE13 roof fairing (sales data code 784-084) may crack
or break under certain operating conditions. A more durable double-diagonal brace design has been in production since July 14, 2014. If the single diagonal brace (Fig. 1) is cracked or broken, convert to the doublediagonal brace design using the procedure in this bulletin.
NOTICE
Do not operate the vehicle without a roof fairing brace, or with a broken brace. Doing so could result in
the roof skin cracking.
