***** Campaign Summary *****
In 2010, INFINITI launched the above Voluntary Service Campaigns on certain MY 2007-2008
INFINITI FX vehicles to offer clients the opportunity to correct the odometer reading and reprogram the
electronic module to display speed and record distance on the odometer more accurately, at no charge
to the client for parts and labor. Parts and tools specified for these campaigns are no longer available
for sale through INFINITI.
These client satisfaction initiatives will no longer be offered and the campaigns are no longer active.
***** What Retailers Should Do *****
1. Service Comm will deactivate P0303 or P0332 on any unrepaired VINs on July 18, 2018.
 No further action is required
2. Retailers should submit any open claims for these campaigns as soon as possible. INFINITI would like
to have all claims submitted by August 1, 2018.
