Service Alert Mazda North American Operations Irvine, CA 92618-2922 Subject: NO GPS AFTER TOMTOM NAVIGATION ACCESSORY INSTALLATION Service Alert No.: SA-033/18 Last Issued: 07/03/2018 APPLICABLE MODEL(S)/VINS 2014-2015 Mazda6 2013-2015 CX-5 2013-2015 CX-9 DESCRIPTION When not equipped with TomTom navigation from the factory, the GPS antenna plugs into the handsfree (Bluetooth) unit. When adding TomTom navigation, the cable must be unplugged from the HF unit and plugged into the jumper harness that leads to the navi unit.
