Key Points • • • DO NOT perform Campaign H0F without first performing and filing a claim for the WEP (Warranty Enhancement Programs ZH6-9) inspection. H0F Op Codes GGG44C, GGG45C, GGG46C, GGG47C, and GGG48C are for vehicles that had initially passed the WEP inspection, but had perforation found when descaling the vehicle in preparation for the CRC spray. These H0F Op codes are not to be used as a preliminary failed inspection. If you see in TIS that campaign H0F is applicable and the status shows Not Completed, check to see the status of WEP ZH6-9. Please follow the flowchart below for the correct frame inspection, replacement, and CRC spray process. © 2018 Toyota Motor Sales, USA P a g e |2 Flowchart Verify Vehicle Eligibility 1. Check the TIS Vehicle Inquiry System Not covered No further action required Fail Replace frame under ZH6/7/8/9 Covered Perform inspection under WEP ZH6/7/8/9 Submit ZH6-9 Inspection op code and order parts for frame replacement. OR Replace the frame and submit inspection/replace frame op code. Pass Is H0F Open and is your dealership eligible to spray CRC? No No further action required Yes Submit ZH6-9 Inspection op code. Submit ZH6-9 Inspection op code. Under campaign H0F, descale frame in preparation for CRC spray. Was perforation found? Yes Replace Frame under ZH6/7/8/9 No Submit H0F op code indicating perforation was found during descaling procedure, and proceed to frame replacement under ZH6-9. Op code used will be frame replacement only (no inspection included, since it was already completed).
