Under certain conditions the foam block on the sunblind motor can create excessive friction in the system, this can lead to difficulties in fully closing or
fully opening the blind

Reduced thickness of the foam block on the blind rod from VIN SJAAL14V4KC024036
Measure
Measure:
Remove the relevant rear door sunblind and sunblind motor
Rep. Gr. 70 → Door trim → Rear door sunblind – To remove and fit
1. Using a suitable cutting tool reduce the thickness of the foam block highlighted below from 12mm to 5mm
2. Remove the felt strips from the locations highlighted on the roller blind assembly
Refit the sunblind, sunblind motor and rear door trim
Carry out basic settings of the sunblind as per ElsaPro
Rep. Gr. 70 → Door trim → Rear door sunblind – To remove and fit → Roller blind basic settings
