This document modifies the
Volkswagen Warranty Policies
and Procedures Manual.
It is a mandatory requirement that customer’s vehicles be returned to them with a full tank of fuel after
Emissions Recall 23R3 (MY 09-10 Touareg 3.0L TDI Gen 1.1), 23V1 (MY 11-12 Touareg 3.0L TDI
Gen 1.2), 23V6 (MY 13-14 Touareg 3.0L TDI Gen 2.1) or 23V7 (MY 15-16 Touareg 3.0L TDI Gen 2.2)
is performed.
To claim reimbursement for this one-time only fuel fill, follow the instructions below:
