GENERAL INFORMATION
Daimler Trucks North America is changing the mounting of their air disc brake calipers. On
some applications, because of difficult access, it will be necessary to use the 30mm torque
adapter, DSNCHA018005, to apply the proper torque to the caliper bolts.
REQUIRED ACTION
When installing the air disc brake caliper bolts check for access with a torque wrench and 30mm
socket. If proper access is unattainable, use the torque adapter DSNCHA018005 to gain access
so the bolts can be torqued properly.
