SITUATION:
A 'creak' noise may be evident from the front suspension while driving over bumpy or uneven roads.
CAUSE:
This may be caused by interference between the front stabilizer bar and the stabilizer bar bush.
ACTION:
Should a customer express this concern, follow the Workshop Procedure(s) below.

Identify the front stabilizer bar class (A, B, C, D, or E)
1 Enter the vehicle details in to TOPIx.
2 Select View all vehicle details.
3 Select the Minor features tab.
4 Scroll down to Front Stabilizer Bar.
5 Record the front stabilizer bar class.
6 Go to the Workshop Procedure.

WORKSHOP PROCEDURE:
1
Renew the front stabilizer bar bushes (see TOPIx Workshop Manual section 204-01: Front
Suspension - Removal and Installation - Front Stabilizer Bar Bush).
Class A: vehicles with gray color coded front stabilizer bar bushes. Install
new yellow (LR110708) color coded bushes.
Class B / C: vehicles with pink color coded front stabilizer bar bushes. Install
new purple (LR107663) color coded bushes.
Class D / E: vehicles with red color coded front stabilizer bar bushes. Install
new red (LR031310) color coded bushes.
