Technical Description:
– P0087-22/21 setting for fuel rail pressure sensor
Status:
– Under Investigation
– Ascertain the following information and include it in your TA submission:
Follow all TOPIx procedures
1L fuel sample in a clean container,
verify fuel quality
picture of the filter (hold onto the part & inspect for debris),
inspection of the pump (look for debris, signs rusting etc.),
find out from the customer last fueling event (how much, location of fueling station, station
company, approximate date)
9 Diagnose any codes for injectors and hold onto those parts as well.
9 Retain all parts replaced for these codes. They will be requested for return
