The manufacturing date code of the affected parts is required in order to complete the replacement

Section 1 - Bentayga
Note… In order to complete the replacement process under warranty, visual confirmation of the manufacturing date codes of the
washer hose assembly are required. Please provide clear high resolution photographs of the manufacturing dates
The date codes are located on a label usually located on the left or right hand side of the hose and also embossed onto the Night
vision camera washer jet carrier as detailed within the onward instructions
•
Remove the front bumper moulding. Refer to “Front bumper moulding - To remove and fit” – Repair Group 63 in Elsa pro.
•
Replace the headlamp / night vision camera washer hose assembly (fixed to the bumper moulding) with a new assembly. Refer to “Headlamp
washer hoses - To remove and fit” – Repair Group 92 in Elsa pro.
•
Provide a clear high resolution photograph of the manufacturing date (circled) on the label as shown in Figure 1

Provide a clear high resolution photograph of the embossed manufacturing date (inset) on the wash jet carrier as shown in Figure 2.

The date stamp (inset) is situated on the underside of the jet carrier elbow as shown and is very small.
The arrow refers to the month of manufacture and the two numbers either side of the arrow represents the year of manufacture.
IMPORTANT: Carry out all necessary alignment procedures as per Elsa pro instruction

Note… In order to complete the replacement process under warranty, visual confirmation of the manufacturing date code of the
night vision camera washer jet carrier is required as well as a clear photograph of the night vision camera jet hose assembly as
detailed within the onward instructions

Referring to Figure 3 Replace the headlamp / night vision camera washer hose assembly (fixed to the bumper moulding) with a new assembly.
