Latest Vehicle Concern Fixes Apple CarPlay – Not able to hear incoming calls with iPhone 16MY – 20MY E-PACE, F-Pace F-TYPE, XE, XF, XJ, Range Rover, RR Spot, RR Evoque, Discovery, Discovery Sport with InControl Touch Pro NGI Infotainment System Customer Voice: • Not able to hear incoming calls with iPhone at iOS 12.2 / 12.3 software Technical Description: • Under investigation with suppliers (Infotainment system & Apple) 3 Status: • LR – SSM 74417 has been released on May 16th 2019 • JAG – SSM 74418 has been released on May 16th 2019 • Currently testing NGI software for this concern, estimated plan to release to service tool by beginning/mid July.
