Customer Voice:
• Incorrect DEF Quality & No Restarts in XXX Miles on the IPC
Technical Description:
• This is in conjunction with a reoccurring DEF Quality Message with P2BA9,
P2BAE, P2BAF stored in the PCM.
Status:
• Pathfinder release is expected for 18-July.
• If your retailer has an customer experiencing the above instances, please
ensure your retailer has diagnosed the car completely
• Follow TOPIx pinpoint test for P2BA9
• If no other root causes have been found, raise a Technical Assistance case. A
manual patch is available via a Technical Assistance case on a situational basis
until the official Pathfinder software is available.
