Technical Description:
• P24C6-00 for Particulate Matter Temperature sensor circuit stored in the PCM
Status:
• Under Investigation
• I’ve received a number of warranty claims for this particular code. This code
describes a circuit issue with the temperature sensor, but is actually an error
with the PM Sensor circuit not a temperature sensor (refer to OBD
documentation in TOPIx for support).
• Diagnose any circuit concerns. If no trouble is found and a PM Sensor is
replaced for this DTC, please raise an EPQR. I’d like to move forward with an
investigation into replacement of these sensors but I need additional reports to
do so.
