Complaint:
Collision Prevention Assist (CPA) may warn for no obvious reason (optical and/or acoustic warning message).
Cause:
a) Offset value of short range sensor (visual and acoustic warning message)
b) Software is too sensitive (visual warning message)
Remedy:
a) Reprogram offset values of short range sensor
(Diagnosis >Control unit > Control unit SG-AWF (A90) > Adaptations > Teach-in processes > Component offset value
> Start of procedure).
b) Update software for CPA control unit.
To do so, XENTRY version > 05/2013 must be installed.
