Front Seat Cushion Deteriorating
Customer Voice:
• A customer may report that the front seat bolsters are sagging or the seat has
become hard and uncomfortable.
Technical Description:
• The seat cushion foam has become torn or damaged by the seat frame work
and requires replacement.
Status:
• This issue is currently under investigation.
• Should this concern be found, please submit an EPQR for the vehicle with
pictures of the seat foam assembly to aid in the investigation.
