Cause: If the evaporator shutoff valve (Y19/3) on the high-pressure side is not fully open, a vacuum can be produced on the intake side which causes the pressure in the intake line to drop. Remedy: Check for low fill level. Check of evaporator shutoff valve (Y19/3). Procedure: Connect pressure gauge. Check intake pressure. If the intake pressure is significantly below one bar, replace shutoff valve (Y19/3). Again read off the intake pressure using the pressure gauge to see whether the intake pressure is back to normal, approx. 2 bar. Check whether the system cools now. Remark: Do not discard the removed shutoff valve (Y19/3). Create a PTSS case and provide the value you are reading after valve replacement. Depending on the value, further repair steps may be required and direction will be provided.
