ISUZU RECALL REMINDER POST CARDS
To: Isuzu Commercial Truck Service Managers and Parts Managers
Isuzu Commercial Truck of America, Inc. (“ICTA”) is pleased to announce a Safety Recall
Reminder Post Card mailing. ICTA will be mailing post cards to certain Isuzu customers
encouraging them to have important safety recalls completed as soon as possible. Post cards will
be mailed to customers based on the current status in Isuzu’s Vehicle Information System (IVIS).
A sample image of the post card is provided below. When a customer calls or comes to your dealer
presenting this post card, dealers should check the IVIS status for the listed recall to ensure it is
still open. Additionally, IVIS should be checked for any other open campaigns. All open
campaigns should be scheduled for completion or completed at the time the vehicle comes to the
dealer for service.
The first post cards will be mailed during the month of October 2019. The post cards will be
directed specifically to Safety recalls 17V-191 Left Rear Wheel Bearing Hub Locking Bolts
bulletin number CB17-F-001 and 17V-324 Stopper Bracket Installation bulletin number CB17-J001. Please refer to these two bulletins and be sure you have some inventory available to support
these repairs.
