Customer states:
 No customer concerns, it is found during PDI or any other diagnostic work.
Workshop findings:
The following DTC may be stored in the information electronics control module 1, J794 (address word 005F):
 DTC B200087 (control unit software incompatible, static).
Technical Background
The DTC is logged because of an unintentional data lookup in the information electronics control module 1, J794
(address word 005F) which does not lead to any result. The DTC cannot be deleted, however, there is no
restricted functionality.

Service
A repair script is required in order to proceed with the repair. Please see below for options on how to retrieve the
repair script and use it.
Options for the retrieving the repair script:

 A pdf document containing two files (autorun and
autorun.sig) is attached to this TSB. These files must
be copied from the pdf document to an SD Card as
specified below to form the repair script.

1. Copy the two files on a freshly formatted SD card (max. 32GB, formatted to FAT32).
2. Wait for the MMI system to be fully booted (approx. 2 minutes).
3. Insert the SD card in the SD slot. After a short time a green screen should appear.
4. Afterwards, restart the MMI by holding the volume control button (approx. 30 seconds).
5. Clear the DTC using ODIS.
