** SOLUTION **
Cause
For certain VNL model vehicles produced for model year 2018 and newer W/ Electronic
Climate Control ( ECC ), the HVAC may start blowing cold air at random times.
Solution
DO NOT REPLACE ANY PARTS ON VEHICLES AFFECTED
BY THIS ISSUE.
To remedy this issue please program the Climate Control Module ( mid 146 ) with Tech
Tool ( TT ) to the latest software version.
NOTE: Trucks built with Manual Climate Control ( MCC ) are not effected.
