The engine will shut off intermittently and restart immediately with a key cycle. Technical Description: • The engine timing was set or the crankshaft position set during a previous repair. Status: • • • • • • Check the repair history of the vehicle for any previous work where the crankshaft pulley was removed. The mechanical timing of the engine needs to be confirmed as correct. The crankshaft position must be confirmed correct (may need to compare to a known good vehicle). TOPIx instructions must be completely adhered to. ALL tools outlined in the TOPIx work instructions must be used. Damaged tools must be repaired or replaced to complete the repairs properly. 13-17 MY Discovery Sport, RR Evoque, XE, XF equipped with 2L GTDi engine
