Technical Background
Model year 2020 and 2021 Atlas and Cross Sport vehicles are available with two types of headlights:


Basic LED Headlights
Top Performance LED Headlights
Note:
Using the VIN and PR codes, ensure to identify which system is being worked on before diagnosing headlight
concerns.
Service
Basic LED Headlights
These are standard on S, SE, and SE with Technology models.
Note that only the outer LED bar is illuminated for Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) use.

These are standard on SEL and SEL Premium models.
Note that both the outer and inner LED bars are illuminated for Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) use.
Headlights will also come standard with Adaptive Front Lighting (AFS) system and light assist.
