Complaint
The seat cushion cover on the front seat cracks when side bolster is equipped with "ARTICO man-made leather upholstery".
For vehicles equipped with "ARTICO man-made leather upholstery/DINAMICA microfiber - black (601A)", please
create a PTSS case straight away.
*Note: This is the seat covering with NO PERFORATIONS in the man-made leather*

Cause
If this complaint occurs with the "ARTICO man-made leather upholstery/DINAMICA microfiber - black (601A)" which
has NO PERFORATIONS, open a PTSS case with the following information:
+ Images of the seat cover
+ Images of the seat cushion padding (foam)
+ Manufacturing date of the seat cushion cover
+ Mileage
Remedy
Please open a PTSS case with photos of the cover. Please do not replace the cover until instructed to.
