DIAGNOSIS AND ORDERING
This bulletin has been amended to announce the suspension of the A/V Control Unit part order approval process
for the vehicles listed below. Please discard all previous versions of this bulletin.

SERVICE INFORMATION
Part order approval from TECH LINE is no longer required when replacing the Audio Visual (A/V) Control Unit
on an Applied Vehicle.
Previously, TECH LINE would need to be contacted to confirm (or assist with) diagnosis and the proper repair
prior to ordering an A/V control unit. This process has been suspended.
