HINT: The MIL may be ON with DTC P059F (ACTIVE GRILLE AIR SHUTTER A) and/or
P159F (ACTIVE GRILLE AIR SHUTTER A) stored.
ACTION
Replace the active grille shutter.
To avoid damage to the grille shutter, do not attempt to repair it. Replace the entire
assembly.

will be performing. You MUST closely follow the entire SERVICE PROCEDURE as it contains
information that is essential to successfully completing this repair.

SERVICE PROCEDURE
1.
Replace the active grille shutter.

2.
For active grille shutter replacement, refer the Electronic Service Manual (ESM),
section BODY EXTERIOR, DOORS, ROOF & VEHICLE SECURITY - EXTERIOR
- REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION - ACTIVE GRILLE SHUTTER.
If the MIL was ON and DTC P059F (ACTIVE GRILLE AIR SHUTTER A) and/or
P159F (ACTIVE GRILLE AIR SHUTTER A) was found stored, erase the DTCs.
