Broken, damaged, dislodged and disconnected air suspension air spring connectors have been evident result in open circuit DTC’s
Production change

Measure
1) Verify the location of the fault /DTC
Referring to Figure 1 (Example of the Lower side connector to N673 found to be damaged)

Referring to Figure 2 - Check the rear right shock absorber damping adjustment valve connection is secure
Figure 2

Check all applicable/relevant connectors for a secure connection and integrity
•
Inspect pins for damage or poor contact and/or excessive resistance
•
If no faults are found at the relevant air spring, inspect the wiring on J775 and all relevant connectors for equivalent pin damage and wiring
integrity/resistance checks
In the event that all previous checks did not resolve the reported issue, the operative must raise a DISS query and await
feedback before conducting any further checks
