IMPORTANT: In the event that the issue is evident and the vehicle is post the VIN’s shown below, a DISS query must be
raised ensuring the following is attached to the query

Detailed description in which the issue occurred, for example - Driving on a quiet road with no traffic, conditions were
wet, the road had no street lighting
•
Clear photograph’s showing the condition of the night vision camera and night vision camera lens
•
Current and up to date ODIS log

Should the vehicle be prior to the VIN cut off, the operative MUST carry out the instructions within the Measure section of this

Measure
1) Check and Confirm there is no damage to the Night vision camera lens
•
Check and confirm the camera is secure
NOTE: Should no issues be found carry out the remaining onward instructions:
•
Follow the applicable DTC related test plan within ODIS to completion
2) Proceed with the replacement of the Night vision Control unit if required (as per test plan instruction)
•
Refer to Rep.Gr 44 - Control unit for night vision (J853) - To remove and fit NOTE: The operative MUST ensure the Night vision camera is
calibrated as per Rep.Gr 44
