Cause:
Possible distortion between upper control panel control unit (N72/1) and COMAND (A26/17) or Audio 20 (A26/17).
Possible deformation on upper control panel control unit (N72/1), see picture in attachment.

Remedy:
Please check the CD/DVD draw-in/ejection tray with the upper control panel control unit N72/1 remove to rule out any
distortion.
If no deformation is found on the upper control panel control unit N72/1, the control unit has to be replaced.
