Time Recording Waiver for Recall 09D9
Recall 09D9 instructs dealers to install the required Load Carrying Capacity Reduced Label in the affected vehicle.
Because this action does not require technical expertise, many dealers may have personnel other than technicians
perform this recall.
As a result, Volkswagen Warranty is waiving the requirement for time punching for all dealer personnel on all
09D9 Recall claims. All other standard documentation requirements are still required.
